Truly disappointed! I have never had a worst service in a auction house. There systems of operation are lacking in my experience especially when tracking items. We would have had a great yard sale or put them on market place and would have done extremely better.Staff really wasnt that helpful and always pushed to warehouse staff to figure out the problem. We had to go pick up checks on Fridays, We spent more time tracking everything and making sure we got everything sold and accounted for. We had items that were expensive disappear no where to be found. they researched and it was posted on other peoples accounts. printed it out and didnt get paid for them until it was brought to there attention. We had items that were sold and we saw them sold. Later, like two weeks later when we picked up a check it was mentioned then the rest was posted. First off, we had a bunch of construction things to be listed all together. We had everything itemized and listed out on a document.
This was our first time at this particular place. We thought we would try this auction place out. Seller Beware:My family does a lot of auctions.
